Our training team is comprised of experienced diversity-content experts and facilitators throughout the United States. Team members are selected based upon the client's needs (i.e., areas of expertise, training location, team member diversity, client-language needs). The team is led by Leslie Aguilar, president of International Training and Development, LLC. Services are available in English, Spanish, and French.

Trainer Certification
|
| Your company has the option of bringing training content in-house through a Train-the-Trainer / Certification process. The goal of the Train-the-Trainer is to prepare internal facilitators to lead effective diversity learning sessions. With Trainer-Pairs, each internal facilitator will co-facilitate with and be coached by an experienced International Training and Development, LLC consultant. |

Diversity Institute™
|

To support the continuing professional growth of your internal staff, we offer on-site or off-site Institutes for trainers and other staff. During the one- to three-day Diversity Institute™, your trainers will gain diversity-related knowledge, practice and skills that will equip them as effective facilitators and change agents within your organization. Course content is selected from a content menu, based upon the knowledge level and business needs of your staff.
